A Day 4 Eternity is deliberately different: high-quality wedding and event coordination for the people who actually live in Far North Queensland, at fair, transparent local prices. Beaches, parklands, national parks, boutique restaurants — your backyard, done beautifully.

From the moment you book, Michelle takes the organisation off your hands. You talk about when, where, and how big; she comes back with a shortlist of three ideal venues and locks in your date. She develops three design profiles for your day, then engages every vendor for you — invitations, celebrant, flowers, photographer, cars, catering, music, hair and makeup, right down to the set up and pack down. Out-of-town guests get welcome packages; you get updates the whole way through.
On the day she's with you in the morning to keep things calm, then off making sure every vendor delivers — and she'll be the one getting the grain of sand out of your shoe before the photos. Afterwards she closes everything out: venue, supplier payments, and thank-yous that make everyone who was part of the day feel appreciated.
Investment: from $1,000 to $10,000 depending on location and the level of help you'd like — priced on application after your free consultation. Book at least three months ahead; six months gives us the pick of venues and vendors.

Partial coordination — when you need a rescue
Planned most of it yourself but hit a wall? Can't find the right florist, the caterer won't commit, that one specific napkin exists nowhere in Queensland? Michelle comes to the rescue on the pieces you're stuck with — sourcing from local vendors you don't have a rapport with, sharing insider tricks, and attending on the day to make sure what was promised is what happens. From $500 to $1,000 depending on how much help you need.

On-the-day attendance
You've planned it; Michelle protects it. She arrives across your run sheet, checks in with every vendor, and quietly fixes what goes sideways — the ripped hem sewn backstage, the cake corrected behind the scenes, the photographer pointed at the right light at the right time. You enjoy your day; the details are looked after.
Your backyard, done beautifully
Local beaches, council parklands and national parks across the region; boutique restaurants and private sites for intimate days; venues from the Salt House and Sugar Wharf to Rainforestation, Flames of the Forest near Port Douglas and Gallo Dairyland on the Tablelands. Michelle can even arrange an Indigenous cultural experience for your guests while your photos are being taken.

Michelle's proudest project: fully planning a celebrity couple's destination wedding in outback Silverton, near Broken Hill — Welcome to Country by Indigenous dancers, the outback's terracotta colours woven through invitations, florals and outfits, a see-through marquee over a locally sourced kangaroo and barramundi dinner, a string quartet, fireworks over the desert, and gift baskets waiting in every guest's hotel room. Woman's Day magazine covered it. Your day gets the same eye — whatever the scale.
